It is the vision of the Exodus leadership, to disciple and equip young men and women and send them with a passion for God and for people, establishing the Kingdom of God all over the unreached states of India and other nations.

The vision of this training school is to conduct short term courses, at the end of which there should be committed disciples on fire for Jesus, going to different parts of the sub-continent as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.

Two thousand years ago Jesus said: “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Even today, unsaved millions are perishing into Christ less eternity for lack of laborers. While Jesus was on this earth He trained His disciples and through them He intended to save the world. The command He gave in Mark 16:15 (Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature) was not only to His disciples but also to every born-again child of God. Leading people to Christ is every Christian’s privilege, calling, purpose and ministry.
